Good location, close to the old town, and the Caravaggio museum that displays one of his paintings is a 3‑5 minute walk away.

The location was very good, but in Naples that meant a lot of street noise, like construction between 12 and 2 AM; however, keeping the windows shut made it bearable. The lift was very tiny, but it worked.
