Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
Since we were the only guests, we could use the shared kitchen alone; the parking is right outside the house, always available thanks to a gate. However, the kitchen had no stove, only a microwave.

We were in Rome for work, and the staff were extremely helpful in meeting our needs.

The place was clean, the rooms were nice, check‑in was very easy online, and the electric lock system worked well.

The hotel offers an outstanding price‑quality ratio, truly a pinnacle of achievements! The owner is very friendly and always ready to accommodate. If you’re heading to Rome for a break, not just sightseeing but also a beach trip, this is 100% a good option. The transport network scores five stars: you catch a train and can go either to the sea or Rome, and back, in 20 minutes. Another huge plus is the hotel’s hilltop location, giving a distant view of all of Rome, though it’s a bit far. The only downside is that the surrounding infrastructure is irrelevant to the hotel itself; there are very few cafés and shops nearby.

The cleanliness was good and the room was new. The only drawback was the missing breakfast; I suggest offering a voucher for the nearby bar.
