The stay was very comfortable and the service was fast and good.

The rooms are spacious, and there’s plenty of parking. Breakfast offers enough variety for Indian families, and the staff are truly helpful and cooperative. The hotel’s travel desk arranged a good local tour for our family and gave solid guidance. Restaurant staff and cooks were very accommodating and met our special requests. The hotel is wheelchair accessible and provided excellent support for our elderly family members. Cleanliness could be better. The location is fine but a bit away from the main city centre. Room Wi‑Fi is patchy at times and needs to be re‑connected daily with a new username and password.

The location, the rooms, and especially the family‑friendly vibe, the empathetic staff, the cleanliness without any odors, the parking, the food, and the wheel game that gives extra discounts were all great. There was nothing particular to mention; breakfast could have been a bit better, though it was already good.
When I booked, I said I wanted a smoking room, but at check‑in they told me the entire property was non‑smoking.
