The location was fantastic. The room I was in had a window on the hallway side, no direct ventilation, and the sound insulation was poor. I woke up five times from the noise of people passing in the hallway.

The accommodation was perfect! Located one block from Calle Caracoles! Very comfortable and the people were very friendly! Everything was perfect!

The location was good. The showers were an issue.

I went alone and felt very safe. The location is excellent—just a few steps from Calle Caracoles, the main street with shops and restaurants. I had booked a smaller room, but since I stayed a few days, they upgraded me to a larger one, which was great. My room had a double bed, a dresser on one side and a headboard on the other. It was very cold when I arrived, but the blanket they provided was enough, and the towel was included. I booked without breakfast, but they offered it when I arrived; it was quite expensive and didn’t pay off, especially since they usually provide breakfast on tours. The rooms are locked with a key and only you have access (private), but the bathrooms are shared. For showers, there was just one bathroom with two stalls; other bathrooms were spread throughout the hostel, but I didn’t have any overcrowding issues. The showers were hot and had full‑body mirrors, and the cleanliness was okay. After a certain time, for security they close the gate and you must ring the bell to open it. The staff are polite. The hostel environment is very calm, quiet, and family‑friendly; it’s not a hostel that focuses on socializing, it’s more about relaxing. I had no Wi‑Fi problems, it worked well. After checkout you can’t stay at the hostel or use its facilities, like the bathroom. It’s best to plan to leave the hostel and head straight to the airport, because they don’t allow luggage to stay there either.

The place is well‑located, quiet and clean, but the stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, making it hard to carry luggage up.
