The receptionist who greeted me was inattentive and unpleasant, gave no information, and didn’t tell me the restaurant was closing; the price and quality don’t match. I asked for a room with a terrace, but she said all single rooms were the same and none had a terrace.
“Not great, except for the location”
I stayed here and the location was really convenient, but that's about where the positives end. The reception and dining areas were pretty uncomfortable and didn't exactly look great. The bathrooms were a letdown too, especially the shower with mold and rusty faucets.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its location, but that's not enough to make up for everything else. I paid what I thought was a decent price, expecting a mid-range or luxury hotel, but it was far from it. The crowd that stays here seems to be pretty low-class and you have to keep a close eye on your belongings. I'm not sure what their business model is, but it's a really bad hotel.

The front desk people were okay, but we had to ask multiple times for stuff to be fixed. And they didn't really honor our reservation rate, which was pretty frustrating.

I think the breakfast could've been more comprehensive, felt a bit basic. Also, I asked for tea and coffee on Saturday afternoon and they didn't have any, which was a bit of a letdown.
