Joël greets you with a lot of kindness. He is available and gives good advice. He loves his island and shares it with you. If you want simplicity and authenticity, this is the right place. The shared kitchen can be an advantage for interaction between tenants.

Besides Joel’s friendliness and excellent welcome, there isn’t much else. The small room has no privacy, a TV is present but no Wi‑Fi. The communal kitchen is old, dirty, and equipped with outdated gear. The common room uses second‑hand furniture.
