The unique location with an exceptional setting and incredibly kind staff was a highlight.
The accommodation was very clean, and the private bathroom was great too.
The mountain view was a nice bonus.

“Pet friendly and camp experience”
Pet friendly and camp vibe, but pricey.
“Friendly Staff, But Room for Improvement”
The staff at this place were absolutely lovely and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The surroundings were also perfect for relaxation, with a peaceful atmosphere that really helped us unwind. However, there was one major issue - the shower water heater was really struggling to produce hot water, which made it a bit of a challenge. The surrounding area was also pretty chilly, so it would be great if they could upgrade the heater to make it more comfortable for guests.
“Lovely Stay, But a Few Issues”
We had a lovely stay at this pet-friendly glamping spot, which was perfect for celebrating my husband's birthday. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. They even set up a fire for us, which was a lovely touch. However, there were a few issues - the pathway to the gold crest was a bit narrow and scary, and there was no WiFi connection, which was a bit of a problem. On top of that, they didn't have any carpets or beds for our dog, which was a bit of a letdown.
It lets my fur baby roam in the cold air. Parking is narrow but understandable; with only a few families it’s still okay and manageable.
“Not Suitable for Families”
We were initially drawn to this place because of its cool vibe, but unfortunately, it wasn't really suitable for our needs. The rooms were literally outdoors, so we had to wear shoes the whole time, which wasn't ideal. What's more, it wasn't suitable for kids under two years old, which was a bit of a bummer.
