Monte da Silveira

We’ve taken many trips together as mother and daughter, but never left a review until now because we were simply blown away! From the moment we arrived until the last minute, we felt completely at ease at Monte da Silveira. The warm welcome, the excellent breakfast, and the personal tips for excursions and restaurants made us feel like the hosts, Koenraad and Kristof, had read our minds. The mountain location, the peaceful vibe, and the view are one‑of‑a‑kind. The rooms are nicely furnished, comfortable, and spotless. All in all, a perfect spot to unwind.

“Estadia luxuosa no pacato Alentejo”

Kristof & Koenraad are fantastic hosts! Everything is arranged so we can have the best possible rest and welcome experience, from the warm reception with a stunning view, to the phenomenal breakfast cooked by them with fresh ingredients, to a room designed in every detail for total comfort. It’s an ideal place for anyone who needs to escape the daily madness and relax… :) They also suggested some places to visit, each better than the last. Since we left, we’ve been recommending it to friends, because it’s a unique experience. We’ll definitely come back!

“Must to Stay, dont miss it :)”

Breakfast was great, I still miss Conrad’s special eggs, even though he says they’re standard eggs. They were definitely not standard, special ones :) Hospitality was top level. And I have to admit, never seen such a clean facility. Nothing, everything was more than perfect :)

“Foi tudo DIVINO!”

The welcome from our hosts was exceptional. They made us feel special. The friendliness of Kristof & Koenraad was sublime. The location is amazing, the view wonderful, the breakfast divine (fresh little dishes made with love by them) and the room exceptional. Our entire stay exceeded all our best expectations. We were pampered from start to finish. They also have a lot of knowledge about the area and pointed out the best places to visit (beaches, bars, restaurants, and tours). Everything was amazing. We hope to return soon. We strongly recommend Monte da Silveira, because there is nothing better. We’ll keep this visit in our hearts.

The stay was great. The hospitality and the attention of the hosts were unique. The breakfast was delicious and nothing was missing. We simply felt comfortable and “at home”. Thank you for everything!
