The receptionist was very friendly, and the breakfast was quiet—no loud music—but there was a smell that must have been a cleaning agent.

The beds were better than some other places, and the price was reasonable aside from the pet fees; I appreciated the elevator and the fact that pets were allowed, which were the main reasons I chose this hotel. However, breakfast was only available from 6 to 9 am, which didn’t fit our schedule. The air conditioning was ineffective, so everything in the room felt damp regardless of temperature or fan setting. Staff used most of the hall for cleaning, making it difficult to load, unload, or even let the dogs out. The grassy areas were uneven for walking the dogs. The place looked run‑down or only minimally cleaned. Pet fees were a bit high, and the towels and bedding felt cheap.
