Location, service, and comfort were all good. Minor annoyances included a smoke detector that occasionally emitted a “static clicking” sound, and the A/C cycling on and off nonstop, creating background noise or complete silence that woke us each time. Traffic, footsteps, and other noises were also noticeable. The room never cooled as much as we’d hoped.

Getting onto the highway was convenient. The bed was lumpy, pillows were very flat, and the sheets felt starchy and smelled of bleach. The most shocking part was the $75.00 pet fee, which wasn’t listed anywhere—only that a pet fee existed. I didn’t feel the room and comfort justified the $200 per night.

Sliding restroom barn door. Too cumbersome, noisy, does not keep the bathroom light from shining out the door frame in the middle of the night

Very friendly and clean, but hallways were very hot. But rooms were great!

Stephanie was incredibly accommodating and everyone on the team was friendly, making this the best hotel I've stayed at in a while. Thanks a lot!
