The location is beautiful, elegant, and tidy, the staff are wonderful, helpful, and respectful, the food is delicious and excellent, and the services are good. There is no dedicated area for children to play, no space for adults to play games like table tennis or billiards, no place for groceries or daily necessities, and I ask that the pricing be reviewed for better value. I also request that the hotel offer promotions for all subscriptions and memberships.

No pool area was provided for villa guests, while non‑residents were taking the seats because they arrived earlier than us.

The reception was only good when I was in the lobby; the service and response to any issue were worse, the cleaning was poor, the pool was fine, but there were children in the adult pool and the pool service was bad; the towels were for the pool and the food was disappointing. In 2024 the service was excellent, but now it is unfortunately poor.

Everything was great; the life guard Ranpath was very professional and a gentleman.
