The facility was very clean and the staff were friendly, and there wasn’t anything negative.

“Opportunity for better, as is, needs a lot of work”

The location was good and the staff were helpful, but the continental breakfast was never refilled so we had to go get breakfast; they were out of biscuits, sausage, and any juice; we ate some eggs but finished those, we finished the waffle mix, and the rest was minimal; there was still over an hour left for breakfast serving time; the rooms didn’t look or feel very clean, floors needed TLC, we found a vape, a beer bottle, and a used towel under the bed.

“Will probably try Holiday Inn Express next time.”

The location, TV streaming options, and pool were positives, but the beds were uncomfortable, the sheets ill‑fitting, old food was left in the fridge from previous guests, the elevator malfunctioned, there were no towels at the pool, the front desk didn’t have extra anything I asked for (not even an extra plastic dirty laundry bag), and no Wi‑Fi was available despite being advertised.

“Never stay at this location again”

Nothing did I like; when it was Best Western it was better; employees were friendly; this was the first time in over 7 years of visiting that the pool was actually working; the room phone had no service, the refrigerator was not working, the internet would not load for my phone or TV app; employees always had an excuse and never followed through with the fixes or changes.
