It’s handy for last‑minute flight changes, the beds were fine, and breakfast was good, but no explanation was given about the shuttle bus to the accommodation; I had to call and ask, and arriving late at night, airport staff kept giving me wrong directions, even claiming I could walk, which was completely wrong!

Your staff rescued me from an American Airlines mess after 30 hours of cancellations and a missed family event; you swooped in to make me comfortable and fed after a truly terrible airline ordeal, and everything was clean with excellent staff who knew I was exhausted and delivered a robe because the airline also lost my luggage—nothing was lacking, it was great!

The breakfast was awesome with a very wide selection.

The location is superb and the staff wonderful; there was nothing to dislike.

Close to the airport and the staff were very friendly, but the bathroom was a bit tired and clearly needs updating—definitely not what you’d expect from the Hyatt brand.
