The host was friendly. The location is close to the fairground in Parma. Free parking is available. The building and the room are easy to access. The mini‑fridge next to the bed is loud, especially at night, which is annoying during rest.

The hospitality and kindness of Martina, the obsessive cleanliness of the room and the surrounding farmhouse, and the overall experience make this one of the best stays I’ve had. Thank you, I’ll be back soon.

The room is very pretty, the bed is comfortable, and I can adjust the heating (and the air‑conditioning, which I didn’t need). I really liked the mosquito net 😉. The location is fantastic for the Parma fair, so during lunch breaks I always returned to the room to eat and rest. The kitchenette is well stocked and includes a microwave. The bathroom lacks supplies.

Everything is brand‑new and super clean. Martina is very helpful.

The owner is very available. For medium‑sized dog owners, the price per night is excessive compared to other hotels and B&Bs.
