The staff is very kind, the place is very quiet for the price and quality, which I think is great. There's a little noise, but that's normal.

The hotel is central, but the staff were unhelpful and the TV worked only after a personal setup that nobody assisted with; I tried to contact them via WhatsApp and got no reply. On Sunday I arrived early for a Medellín event and tried to have breakfast at 9:40 am, but the kitchen staff refused to help because it was 10 minutes past the cut‑off.
