Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the dinner which was superb; the chef was very friendly. I lost my phone (or it was stolen) and the reception staff retrieved it from the police and sent it to Switzerland. Everything was fine.

The rooms are pretty and clean, and the bedding is good. The spa was listed on Booking as part of the facilities, but it’s actually an extra cost that must be booked in advance… We came mainly for that, so it was a real let‑down.

The spa, the dinner, and the size of the room were great; nothing else.

I want to sincerely thank the hotel staff, especially those on the 4th and 5th of October, for their invaluable help after a car incident. Not speaking French, I greatly appreciated their assistance in communicating with the roadside assistance service. Their patience, availability, and kindness were a huge relief in that difficult situation. Throughout the process they displayed a warm welcome and high professionalism. I hope the management passes on my thanks and acknowledges their effort. Such a caring team truly deserves recognition. Thank you again!

A superb hotel with impeccable cleanliness in both the room and common areas. The bedding is very comfortable and we really enjoyed the view from the hotel. The quiet atmosphere is perfect if you’re looking for peace. We would have liked the breakfast hours to extend beyond 9:30 am.
