Breakfast was great, but the pillows were terrible, the mattress needed replacement, and there was a noticeable slope at the head of the headboard.

Everything was fine, a good price‑to‑quality deal, decent breakfast, comfortable rooms, and solid structure; however, they should be more flexible with check‑out when the pool is unavailable due to weather or cleaning, as many guests choose accommodations for their pools, and the ice machine on the floor was out of service—just basic details.

I stayed at a brand‑new hotel that was pleasant overall, but the reception staff acted totally indifferent when I arrived, as if they didn't enjoy their job, and the breakfast offered was very sparse.
