The breakfast made by the same person for years made me forget everything else ;) I’ve been coming back to this hotel for 10 years and this is the first time I’m really unhappy with the room, where the climate control wasn’t working and the staff had changed. The breakfast was great, thanks to the amazing woman who makes omelets on request. Otherwise it was a hellish basement. The reception always talks with a grumpy tone and never smiles. The spa only opens for certain ages, not for kids. The hotel will lose good clientele.

The location is great, right near the center. Breakfast was excellent, with freshly made eggs, pancakes, omelets, and all the usual warm and cold options you’d expect. The room was very nice, soundproofing was good and we didn’t hear the restaurant or other noise. The staff were very polite and friendly.

The spa was kept in excellent condition, very beautiful and clean. For a wedding there was no spot left in the parking that was included in the price, so they asked me to pay for the underground covered parking. I had to park outside the hotel and after the wedding with music blasting and shouting until 1 a.m. I had to come back to bring the car into the hotel parking that finally cleared up. Poor me! I had also booked a second night. It was very unfair because the free internal parking was part of the price. I’m giving a lower score for things like this!

The hotel is a solid choice for a relaxing stay, thanks to a very good spa centre with kind and courteous staff. It’s well organised, with easy access between floors and elevators in all areas. Breakfast was pleasant and reasonably varied. There’s also a restaurant with a very good menu, though the prices are quite high—comparable to, and sometimes higher than, prices in Central European countries. We booked a parking space in advance, but the parking area became overcrowded during our stay, so we avoided using our car because we feared losing our spot and not finding another one when we returned.
