The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way, even arranging the blanket and pillows in a little heart each morning. The sauna was nicely set up and the dinner portions were generous. The only downside was that a few of the sauces at dinner tasted like pre‑made stuff and we missed a stronger Tyrolean flavor. Overall, though, it was a solid stay.

We loved how close the hotel was to everything, and the rooms lived up to the hype. Breakfast and dinner were both impressive, and the spa facilities added a nice extra. I'd definitely recommend it.

A cozy place with a top‑notch kitchen and staff that were both friendly and attentive, plus a perfect location for exploring. Unfortunately, the room that faced the street let in a lot of noise after dark, making it hard to sleep. Maybe a night‑time patrol could help keep the street quieter.

Everything about the stay was wonderful and we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing missing was a kettle or coffee machine in the room, which would have been handy. We'll definitely be back soon.

The room was spacious and the staff were warm and helpful, and the wellness area was pleasant. Breakfast was nicely done, but dinner fell short – the dishes came out in a rush and lacked flavor. Still, overall a decent experience.
