I liked the room, the design, and the polite staff. I couldn’t rest or sleep because the window whistled like a siren from a draft. The advertised SPA with Sauna and Hammam wasn’t operational, and the staff acted like they didn’t know. When I tried calling reception, someone stole the phone cable, so I had to leave the room for every issue. The hotel’s technicians are either absent or underpaid, so they don’t perform their duties well. In the public areas, faults and deficiencies are openly visible and never fixed. I would never stay here again, 100% no.

I chose this hotel mainly for its price‑to‑service ratio, especially because it had a pool, since I was traveling with a child. I have no serious complaints about the room, cleaning, staff, or other services. But if you, like me, pick this place because of the pool, keep in mind that you shouldn’t expect full use. Unfortunately, the pool felt more like a checkbox. It’s very small, and most importantly, you can’t use it on your own; it only opens after guests call. Yet reception repeatedly said the pool was open from morning to evening, which is far from reality. The sauna was cold throughout my stay. Overall, it seems they try to cut costs on all extra amenities.

When I’m traveling through Uzbekistan, this is my go‑to hotel. The location is spot‑on: close to the airport but far enough that you don’t hear the planes (literally 5 min by car without traffic, never more than 15 min when there’s a bit of congestion). It sits on a quiet street, perfect for a good night’s sleep, yet only a 5‑minute walk from the lively Shota Rustaveli Street if you want a quick city stroll. I’ve stayed twice, both times very pleasant. During the prep phase, communication was fantastic – staff answered every question fast and clearly, covered all my needs, concerns, and extra requests, and could literally organize anything reasonably. Service is very flexible to individual needs, making travel stress‑free. A big thank you for that, which is my favorite part and what I value most – client‑oriented service. I always pick the balcony room; watching the city from the balcony in the evening (especially on a higher floor) is beautiful. The downside: if you’re in the room next to the restaurant, you can hear everything happening there clearly, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper like me, it can become a problem.
