The staff were friendly and helpful, but I had specifically chosen this hotel because it advertised a hot tub, which I confirmed was available when booking; upon arrival I was told it was not in service.

It was clean, fresh, and comfortable, with a very nice lady who refreshed and monitored the buffet, friendly desk staff, and the head manager present at check‑in; the coffee was still refreshing even at 9 pm, and overall it was a fair deal.

The hotel had a wonderful scent, and with two children who have special needs, the staff’s kindness and flexibility meant everything to us. The hot tub was fantastic for relaxing while the boys swam, and breakfast was amazing—overall a great experience. I’ll return for a momma weekend! I can’t find anything I didn’t like.

The front‑desk staff treated us very well!

Finding the place was easy and it’s close to the highway. However, the hot tub I paid over 300 for was broken, so the room was essentially useless.
