The hotel was spotless and the staff were genuinely friendly and upfront, which made the whole check‑in process smooth. Breakfast was decent, but I was expecting a more Western buffet and got a mostly Chinese‑style spread instead. All in all, a solid stay if you can overlook the unexpected breakfast menu.

Kiki was a lifesaver—she handled everything promptly and with a smile. The only drawback was the ongoing renovation; the noise and dust were pretty noticeable throughout the day. Still, the good service helped balance out the construction hassle.
