We were really impressed with the hotel's location and the warm welcome we received. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, and we were even able to rent a scooter on a Sunday when they were all out, which was really cool. The service was impeccable, and we'd like to thank them for making our stay so enjoyable.

The air conditioning in my room was working well, which was a relief. However, the room itself was a bit of a letdown - there was no proper wardrobe, no chair, and no second nightstand. To make matters worse, breakfast had to be ordered and then I had to wait for over half an hour in the foyer without a door, which meant I had to eat my meal with the sound of construction work from the building site outside. Communication with the staff was also a challenge.

One of the standout staff members was the young man at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist us. The room itself was big and bright, just like the description. Unfortunately, the room was not well cleaned - there were remnants of previous guests' activities in the dresser, hair in the sink (and black mold to boot), and the toilet paper holder hadn't been cleaned in ages.

The hotel was spotless, and its location was close to the city center, which was a big plus. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
