“Not the best customer service”
Customer service was bad. The place was full of bugs.
“Increíble”
The pool and location are great, plus it’s adults‑only. No negatives.
The facilities are excellent.
“cómodo y placentero.”
The room was very comfortable, everything was always clean, the staff were very friendly, the area is very quiet, just a few steps from Plaza del Sol, about 20 minutes by car to the historic center and 30 minutes to Plaza Andares. No complaints.

Very clean, comfortable. Check‑in hours were an issue.
