The room was spotless, the bedding super comfy, and the staff were friendly; breakfast tasted great and service was excellent—highly recommend for Korean travelers. The only downside is that finding the hotel at night can be a bit tricky.

Breakfast was good, but the reception didn't tell us we could order oatmeal or eggs on top of the usual. I liked that drinks were available 24/7. The room lacked bedside tables and a wardrobe, and it felt a bit far from the city center.

The hotel is clean, modern, and all the facilities are new, and it sits in a quiet spot. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the price matched the quality. A special thank you to Bekzat, the manager, for his kindness, understanding, and excellent hospitality—he’s very respectful and professional, and we truly appreciated his warm treatment. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay; I’ll definitely come back again, Insha’Allah! The only suggestion would be to add a small refrigerator in the room, especially for longer stays.

Breakfast was great and there was 24/7 tea and coffee. The hotel had no clear sign from the main road, and twice my taxi went the wrong lane instead of the left.
