The staff are good, the reception is zero on the north side, but the staff lack polish in their dealings.

The spot is convenient, though finding a taxi to Bhindi Bazaar can be a bit tricky; overall it’s fine. I had booked a room with a good window overlooking the city, but after a 24‑hour flight they handed me a windowless room. I complained, they moved me to a room with a window, but it was much smaller than the one I’d chosen. Breakfast was mediocre and we often had to wait for fresh fruit or food. It’s okay, but there’s room for improvement.
