I could only enjoy the reception; the environment felt very clean. I didn’t like that they played games with me—after booking five days earlier, the owner told me there was no reception for me and that she had another hotel, which was the worst, total mess, insecurity because there were many canteens, bars, and other places around. It felt like the manager was purposely filling the other hotel that supposedly was the same. The app should monitor such situations because when I arrived another couple had the same issue.

I really appreciated the staff’s friendliness. The owner called me and guided me from the moment I arrived in Pasto. The guy in charge helped me find food and arrange transport to the airport the next day. I’m very grateful for his help.

If you’re touring Pasto or nearby, the hotel’s location is spot‑on, it’s very comfortable and pleasant, and the staff are friendly and eager to help with anything.
