The hotel is very good and well‑located in the city centre. It wasn’t a problem, but we were moved to a farther building from the original hotel. My room was very comfortable. The only downside was that there were three floors without an elevator and no breakfast on site, so we had to grab it at a small restaurant on the square near our room.

I was given an apartment in a different building, not the main one I had requested, and they claimed I had asked for it, which is false.

The location was great and the staff were professional and courteous. Reception was so polite I can’t remember her name, and her coworker was very helpful. Everything was perfect—we really enjoyed our stay.
