The location was fairly central with a tram stop nearby, but water from the bathroom was leaking into the bedroom, the lift kept getting stuck, the fridge didn’t work, the reception staff didn’t speak English and were unfriendly, the room phone was dead, Wi‑Fi was down, the room was dirty, the bathroom was tiny and cramped, there was a foul smell in the room and wardrobe, and the breakfast was disgusting.
