It was clean, but the administrator said she doesn’t check Booking and didn’t know we booked through Booking.

Everything was fine—hot water, warmth, and a generator 👍.

Everything was fine, the hotel has a generator which is very important at this time, and the staff is good! The rooms were not very clean.

I didn’t expect a hotel with such amenities, yet everything turned out to be very cool. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room didn’t have regular slippers to wear after a shower; the ones provided were thin, almost disposable, and not suitable for a tiled floor—please replace them with more comfortable ones. Otherwise I was fully satisfied with my stay at this hotel!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

The hotel was very tidy and clean, had all the conveniences, large rooms, and an exceptionally white bed. The staff were attentive and polite. The location was convenient, there was a storage area, and the hotel has its own kitchen, which is very convenient. I rate it excellent. Everything was liked.
