“Great overall stay for the price you pay.”
The service was consistently friendly, but rain prevented me from using the pool, which was my own fault.

The location was fine, but everything else was disappointing.

Customer service was excellent and the pool was great, though the rooms were cold.

The stay was passable, but they never refunded my deposit; after calling, I was told a receipt was sent to my email, yet my money was never returned and I see no credit on my card, which is very disappointing.

I stayed for six days, never saw a housekeeper, yet my $100 deposit was held, which upset me enough to consider legal action; I was treated poorly, as if I were a foreigner, even though I've stayed there many times, and I will never return.
