The location is close to interesting places and near the mosque for my husband's prayers, but for me with leg nerves and asthma, climbing the stairs is quite a hassle.

Conveniently situated in the city center, though the floors feel a bit dusty and not clean enough.

The rooms are clean, the hotel is strategically placed right in the city, just a short walk to Pasar Payang, with many shops below the hotel, a pharmacy, Watsons, and even a grocery store nearby so you don’t have to travel far; the only downside is there is no elevator, which isn’t suitable for the elderly or people with disabilities.

The location, friendly staff, and hot shower are great, but the hallway isn’t very clean (the room itself is fine) and the toilet is small.

1. It’s near the bus terminal, Pasar Payang, and eateries, all walkable. 2. It’s easy to grab a ride. 3. The room and air‑conditioning are fine, the size is just right, and there’s a prayer space. 4. The staff are helpful, thank you very much. 5. If you’re a light sleeper, it might be uncomfortable because you can hear outside noises. The lock on the door needs to be more secure; many people try to open and re‑lock it, and the lock looks like it might be broken after closing.
