“Nice hotel just came up short on small details and cleaning.”
I chose the Briarcliff location because it was less than 5 minutes from my family’s house, and the staff were very friendly, so overall it was a nice hotel. However, the TV remote batteries were dead when we arrived, and there were no batteries or spare remotes that night; the mini‑fridge stopped working, was fixed the next morning, but failed again that night; we stayed only two nights and the room was never cleaned or had its towels changed.
