The location was fantastic, but the welcome was extremely lackadaisical – we were told to come back in an hour because our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived on time after a four‑hour drive, got the wrong room with someone else’s suitcase inside, no courtesy water, and only one coffee capsule for two people; overall very unprofessional. To top it off, our room overlooked the restaurant courtyard, which was noisy all day long, so I can’t recommend it.

Clean, nice bar in lobby, theme is cute. Check in at 4pm, can’t understand when check out is at 11am, why the 5 hour gap to clean rooms?

The location is fantastic. The valet parking costs $60 a night, and there’s no other way to park the car.

Everything from the lobby to the room is beautifully designed. The staff are super friendly, communicative, and accommodating, and they made us, including my pup, feel very welcome. I just wish street parking was a bit easier – that’s just Culver City for you.
