“Bad experience.”
The environment is terrible. The key card never scans, so I can’t open the door. The room is dirty with cockroaches and ants. There’s no room service, no toothbrush, only body wash, and the shower head is bad. Don’t stay here.
Please invest in the elevators.

I appreciate the hotel’s wheelchair access, but the lack of a proper ramp at the entrance makes it hard for wheelchair users to get in.
