The hotel was spotless and the front desk staff and some doormen were very friendly, though a few were less attentive. Even though it sits close to Copacabana beach, the street outside the hotel gets dangerous at night and the property only secures the interior; we were robbed just 5 meters from the entrance and the doormen or guards did nothing.

The staff are extremely professional and very accommodating, making every stay a pleasure. This is our fifth consecutive year at Windsor Plaza, and we’re already booked for another visit in two weeks.

The location and breakfast were good, but the bed was too soft and the mattress in room 1217 sank. Checking out was slow and we were charged for a nut that wasn’t in the room and hadn’t been eaten; we’re waiting for a refund on the card.

Ótima localização, quarto confortável e espaçoso com itens de comodidade adequados, bom sinal de wi-fi, chuveiro muito bom com toalhas macias. Não utilizei a piscina e o terraço. Na chegada guardamos as malas na recepção, e aguardamos no lobby que era bonito e confortável. Uma das vezes que eu estava voltando para o hotel embaixo de chuva, os funcionários na porta poderiam ter ajudado a gente a descer com guarda-chuva, mas não fizeram nada. Outro ponto é que, em comparação com o preço do quarto, os serviços adicionais oferecidos e a alimentação eram muito caros, sendo que o quarto já não era barato
