The location was great for my site and there was a USB charger built into the wall. It was 5 degrees in Ludhiana and the staff didn’t provide heaters for all rooms, so it was brutally cold; when I asked for a blanket they refused and I had to argue for one. They didn’t give water with the stay, and the price advertised was not honored by a rude manager named Sahil, who seemed uninterested in anything.
