We were on a motorcycle and asked via Booking if we could check in earlier, around 10 h/11 h. We were told it was possible, but when we arrived the hotel was closed and no one was there to help. After calling, we learned check‑in was only after 16 h. With the heat, having to wait to get comfortable was the worst part of that leg of the trip.
