朝食のひっつみ汁がすごく美味しかったです。 希望通り駅が見えるお部屋にして頂きました。北上駅と新幹線思い入れがあるので自分時間を過ごす事ができました｡ ありがとうございました。. 特にないです。

朝ご飯があったこと。隣がコンビニだったこと。駅近だったこと。. アメニティが少なかった。

The staff were excellent, especially the uncle who spoke English very well and was very attentive. Breakfast was free and parking was also free, with a convenience store right behind the hotel. The room felt a bit small and a little dated, but that’s typical for a Japanese business hotel; just get used to it. There were no restaurants nearby, so you’d have to go to the station on the other side to eat.

チェックアウト後に忘れ物をしたが再入室カード発行の対応がスムーズだった。 チェックアウト後にフロントにて荷物を預かってもらう際にフロントにて順番待ちしていた中で、通りかかったスタッフが（レストランスタッフ？）が丁寧かつ迅速に対応してくれた。

The front‑desk staff were friendly, there’s free parking and breakfast, and a convenience store right behind the building. The smoking area is positioned right next to the main entrance.
