When I checked in, they sent me the key‑access instructions, but at the moment of arrival the room key was missing and the room was already open, so I couldn’t keep my personal belongings locked. The shared balcony between two rooms lets you slip into someone else’s space easily. All of this makes the place unsafe for staying.

The location is decent. There was no welcome, and the codes provided were incorrect. The common room is barely equipped, the bed slats collapsed, the TV doesn’t work, and the electrical cords are everywhere. The blinds are broken. Luckily, the friendly cleaning staff did what they could to help us.
