I couldn’t stay and had to cancel my reservation. The handling and room arrangement were unacceptable.

I didn’t like anything and didn’t finish my booking because of the bad treatment and the owner’s refusal to give me an app reservation; I had to go to another hotel and the app took full responsibility, especially since I was arriving from the airport at 1 a.m. and everything was difficult until I found another place.
