I made a reservation in the morning, arrived late afternoon/early evening, and they told me the booking was cancelled and that they had notified Booking. I couldn’t find another hotel and had to leave the city. I also note that it took me a few minutes to find my way through the snow from the taxi to the hotel entrance; they don’t maintain the road in front of the hotel like the other hotels in the area.

I stayed in a private room, the staff were great, the water was warm and the room stayed hot, making it easy to dry clothes after skiing, though the furniture could use a little repair.
