I had a terrible experience trying to resolve a payment issue between the hotel and the booking platform. The hotel is not near what it claims to offer and is terrible for the price.

“Horrible, let one night earlier.”

Nothing to say. I hated it and left after one night. The place was very old and dirty, with cigarette burns and holes in the sheets and carpet. The coffee machine was full of dust.

I disliked everything about this hotel. It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I’ve stayed in many hotels—some nice, some mediocre, some questionable—but this was an experience. Calling it a “hotel” feels generous; it was more like an immersive historical attraction themed “What If a Medieval Dungeon Had a Motel?” We started in the lobby with no receptionist or front desk attendant, just a sign directing us to an adjacent motel to check in. After completing the first escape‑room challenge and finally checking in, we returned to the lobby. My wife said it looked like a dungeon from a historic Irish castle; I thought she was dramatic, but the smell was undeniable. The lobby was dark, dirty, damp, and smelled of musk, mildew, and decades of neglected maintenance. Stained carpets and ceilings seemed historic. The staircase to the second floor was dark and damp, almost like a condemned prisoner’s final moments. When we reached our room, it was damp and musty. The bathroom drains still had hair from previous guests, suggesting housekeeping’s philosophy was “Why remove the evidence?” The bedspreads looked like they came from The Brady Bunch set and were displayed as historical artifacts.
