The location is excellent. There is an infinity pool. The food is good. The staff are friendly. The hotel is clean.

The view from the room was panoramic. The daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served. Some drinks in the all‑inclusive package were of poor quality.

We stayed at this hotel while traveling to Tenerife and were really satisfied with our choice. The hotel is very nice and has three well‑maintained pools that create a perfect atmosphere for relaxing and enjoying quiet moments. Its location is definitely one of its strengths: it faces the sea and, with a pleasant walk, you can reach both Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje, where restaurants, shops, bars, and everything needed to enjoy the area are available without necessarily needing a car. We also liked the breakfast and dinner buffets: the selection was truly wide and varied, with different options every day, so it was easy to find something we liked. Overall, it was a very positive experience: a beautiful hotel, excellent location, and all the necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to alternate beach days, relaxation, and exploring the area. The cleanliness was generally good, although, given the 4‑star category, we expected a slightly higher level of care. We also expected the staff to speak a bit more Italian, but we managed to get by.
