The dining area always had a toddler apron on hand, and the training for the foreign staff was clearly thorough.

We arrived at the fishing‑hot spring resort full of hope, but the foreign male receptionist couldn’t understand our language and his attitude felt off, as if we were tiring him out. The carpet on the way to the fifth‑floor room was worn and the walls were peeling, and the hallway was dark, which left a bad impression; it’s not a century‑old inn, yet the upkeep was clearly poor. When we opened the bathroom door, a strong urine smell hit us and we instantly wanted to find another hotel. I would not recommend this place to travelers from Taiwan.

Breakfast was delicious and the onsen ping‑pong was fantastic! I had confirmed that every room was non‑smoking, but the wall of the alcove on the left side of the veranda still smelled of tobacco, and sitting on the chair nearby triggered my smoke allergy; my mother, who was staying with me, also noticed the odor. It seems to be a long‑standing issue, which was the only disappointment. Everything else was great.

A truly family‑friendly hotel with a kids’ play area in the lobby, little ducklings in the hot spring to entertain children, and plenty of free perks for the little ones – a wonderful place!
