Room spacious and comfortable. Spa wasn’t particularly good Struggled to get taxi to cruise port despite being close to it. I understand being so close would be easy however staff told us that taxi drivers wouldn’t come to hotel because too close. Suggested we walk down cobbles to flag taxi down. In the end we were lucky as a driver did drop off so agreed to take us. I found staff dismissive and unhelpful. I would not stay here again if cruising found it stressful

The hotel’s proximity to the cruise terminal was the deciding factor for our booking; the accommodation was very comfortable and modern, the terrace overlooking our room was amazing, and we felt very at ease, with no complaints.

Breakfast was excellent, yet the reception staff did not feel very welcoming.

They cleaned daily and provided Rituals products like toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the room was small with a double bed, even though I had requested a matrimonial.
