The spot was spot‑on, but the room lacked a large mirror to make the space feel bigger when multiple people are getting ready. The pull‑out sofas were subpar; better options exist, and my 11‑year‑old son had to sleep in the middle of the regular bed because of that.

We liked the surroundings and rented bikes for the week, which let us reach everything we wanted. The Topsail Hill Preserve State Park was a highlight, offering a beautiful, less‑crowded beach for those who enjoy biking. The Sandestin Baytowne Wharf, with its planned activities, wasn’t our thing, but it could be good for families with kids. The bed was comfortable. Inside, the living areas were fine, but the small porch was shabby and dirty, so we avoided it. The windows hadn’t been cleaned, making visibility tough; occasional window washing is needed. The homeowner should invest in replacing old furniture and screens—threads hang from the outdoor chair cushions and the indoor sofa, and the window screens are severely deteriorated. The cleaners did their job, but the entry rug had large black grease bootprints from an irresponsible worker, and the Observation Point sign had big splatters of black dirt, the first thing you see upon entering. The bed was comfortable.

The accommodation sits within golf courses, offering recreation, activities, and evening shows. There are several shops and restaurants. Walking along the pier at night, a strong sewage smell lingered; a beautiful place should have proper sewage infrastructure for the future. Someone entered our apartment to drop off condominium credentials, leaving our door unlocked all day, which left me feeling very upset and insecure.
