The staff were friendly and listened, but the property had removed furniture from the room, left out toilet paper, the mirror was missing, and the number of sofas was cut from 2 to 1, giving it a 2.0/10.

The location was great, but my room was infested with cockroaches. The staff blamed recent rains and handed me a can of Hit spray, yet the room and bathroom still had plenty of them.

I have to admit that I was not comfortable with the room rate I was charged, and unfortunately, the room itself didn't do much to alleviate my concerns. The overall experience was not very pleasant, and I left feeling somewhat dissatisfied.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, with the staff being completely unhelpful. They failed to provide an extra blanket, which was a basic request. To make matters worse, I had to call the police for assistance, which was a stressful experience.

I was thoroughly disappointed with this hotel, which is situated above a hospital and has only a few rooms. The amenities, including the geyser and Wi-Fi, were not functioning properly. When I asked for water, I was told it was a self-service arrangement, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the rooms had a single light that couldn't be turned off, and the staff seemed untrained in handling couples.
