The accommodation was very clean and the location was great, but a tea towel, dish soap, cloths, cups, and cooking utensils would have been really helpful.

The room was cozy, clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a welcome kit, and the host gave precise directions; the only downside was the slightly steep stairs.

The room and bathroom were spotless and stocked with everything needed (sample creams, shampoo, slippers, etc.), a small fridge in the room held two bottles of water that were much appreciated, the coffee machine and capsules were handy, the bed was comfortable, exposed beams were wonderful, and the night was quiet and dark; free parking on the square was just a 4‑minute walk, and check‑in/check‑out were simple. The pillows were a bit too soft, but that’s a habit, and the steep stairs were already mentioned by other guests.

The room was beautiful, its central location in the old part of Sarzana was unbeatable, and the cleanliness was spot‑on. The only downside was the steep ramp at the entrance, which could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.
