The pillows were comfortable. The hotel was a bit dirty and the hallways were very dark, almost terrifying.

The hotel was fine, and I loved the location because I could walk out to Parque Fundidora every night and stroll around. The room felt a little worn; nothing serious, but for example the closet door was misaligned, the bathroom toilet paper dispenser was half‑glued with silicone on one of the brackets, and I couldn't turn on the bedside lamps. Nothing that stops me from returning, but it does make the experience feel less than optimal.

The location and the restaurant were good. The room was neglected: the bathroom knob was loose and the curtain didn’t cover the window all the way to the floor.
